The US Federal District Court allows lawsuits against Ripple Labs, alleging that its CEO violated California securities laws. An order issued by the US District Court for the Northern District of California means that a jury will decide whether Ripple CEO made “misleading statements” in a 2017 interview. MicroStrategy buys an additional 11,931 Bitcoin for $786M. Winklevoss twins give a $2M Bitcoin boost to Trump’s campaign.
